Do I need a GP referral to book a home visit?
No referral is required. You can book directly through our website or by phone. Our physiotherapists are qualified to assess and treat you without a GP referral. However, if you have a referral letter, please bring it to your first session as it may contain useful clinical information.
How long does a home visit session last?
Initial assessment sessions typically last 60–75 minutes, which includes a full clinical assessment, diagnosis, and the first treatment. Follow-up sessions are usually 45–60 minutes. Your therapist will advise on the recommended frequency and duration of your treatment programme.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee. You can manage your appointments through our online portal or by calling our team.
